Thank you for choosing Masystech Supply. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order. Shipping Destinations We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders with shipping addresses outside the U.S. will not be processed. Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We ship via major carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS). Estimated delivery times after processing: - Standard Shipping — 5–7 business days - Expedited Shipping — 2–3 business days (if available at checkout) Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier issues or weather are outside our control. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update. Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at adrian@masystechsupply.com within 5 business days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos if applicable. Note Masystech Supply is an authorized reseller. Product availability and lead times may vary depending on supplier stock.
