REFUND POLICY-

Thank you for considering Masystech Supply. We are committed to providing quality industrial automation components and a straightforward purchasing experience to ensure client satisfaction.

RETURNS & REFUNDS-

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Defective or damaged items - must be reported within 15 days of delivery with photo evidence
• Incorrectly shipped items - In the case of a wrong item sent by Masystech Supply; we will cover return shipping and send the correct item.
• Unopened items in their original packaging - eligible for return within 15 days, subject to a 15% restocking fee.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

• Opened or used items
• Special or custom orders
• Items returned after 15 days of delivery

PROCESS 

• To initiate the return, contact adrian@masystechsupply.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days. 
  
  

REFUND TIMELINE

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
